Simple PIC (must be Microchip PIC10F206) programming and demo HW device job

We are an audio sensor device maker in need of a PIC MCU designer to program & deliver documented MPLAB C-code and three (3) programmed/functioning sample devices of a specific Microchip PIC10F206 (an older, simple, 6-pin, 8-bit MCU w/ built-in clock and comparator). The program/device simply sleeps in low power until PIC detects pin change, then wakes up and compares analog input voltage level to a programmed threshold, then if threshold is exceeded, checks same pin again to ensure no glitch, then if threshold is still exceeded outputs a logic-level 'high' voltage on a different output pin for a program-defined period of time (10's of milliseconds up to a few seconds), once triggered in this way the PIC ignores any changes to the input (comparator) pin, if present, for another program-defined period of time (similar duration, but separately programmed), then after the 'ignore-input changes' period is finished the output pin goes logic-level 'low' and then the PIC goes back to low-power mode and continues to monitor for the input pin for changes to possibly 'wake-up' again. This cycle begins as soon as possible after PIC is powered and continues indefinitely. Deliverables are #1) three programmed, working sample devices, each on a protoboard, operating from a 3-volt DC 2xAAA battery holder, using a potentiometer to adjust the input pin voltage and an LED to light up when the output pin goes 'high'. #2) one USB thumb drive with complete MPLAB C-code with easy to understand comments explaining each line of code listed in English language. #3) One email from freelancer with step-by-step instructions to load the code in the MPLAB C-code development environment and program additional PIC devices using a Microchip PICkit4 programmer (programmer not included in deliverables), #4) One follow-up email exchange to answer programming instructions and/or other project questions.
