we need a coder to write a code that will verify the effectiveness of RNG. The goal of this quality test is to see how “truly random” our RNG is, e.g. if there is any repeated pattern observed, also the number of 0 and 1 bits should be roughly the same. Type RNG at the starting of your bid to be considered.
