You will need to
Develop 1) COM component which sends e-mails 2) admin application to configure the component.
This component and admin application will be a part of the email notification system for Windows Media Services (WMS). All WMS related code will be written by other developer so experience with WMS is not needed.
System specification is in the attached document. Winning bidder will develop components (2) and (3).
To work on the project qualified VC++ developed is needed.
Knowledge of WinAPI, DCOM, ATL, WTL is required.
Russian speaking programmers are welcome.
The selection of a specialist will be made primarily by a skill level,
so ask technical questions, offer solutions please.
