Program to display task graphs

The attached is an example of the task graph I am trying to code and output.

Actually, the whole idea is to generate the graph dynamically.

I should be able to say ok I want a graph with 20 tasks, or 30 tasks or 40 task etc.

I should also be able to say ok I want the number of levels be say 4,5,6,7 etc.(the attachments has 6 levels - t0 is on level 1 while t15 is on level 6, etc)

I should be able to say the maximum number of children is 3, so tasks can have range of 0 - 3 children. tasks t11 for instance has no child, so we say it has '0' children. tasks t6 has 3 children (t9, t10 and t11)

Some tasks should have more than one parents. Like tasks 't8' has two parents t4 and t5.

This is the whole idea and the program should be able to output the desired graph.
