Dear Sir and Madam Hi! I was a individual trademark agent in China , I help with some Chinese company register the trademark in USA , actually , I have registered around 20 pcs trademarks in USPTO , but I have meet a problem ,I don't know if you can help me with this . The problem was after the registration done , the USPTO will send the original paper registration certificate to my correspondence address in China, But I only received part of the original certificates which registered , most of them I didn't get , may be the USPTO didn't send it to my China address, may be the parcel was missed during the post transpotation from USA to China . Can you handle this problem for me ,for example , request USPTO to resend the original certificates to your office , then , you send to me , because you were the trademark lawyer in USA , you may have the way to solve it and know how to do . If you can help me with this problem , Please let me know how much I need to pay you for each registration, what should I provide to you or assist you ?
