Biology High School Questions Profiling

We have a Zoology and Botany question bank. These question need to be profiled by marking their level of a scale of 5 and concept area to which they belong by comparing it with our standard course structure. For e.g. if a question belong to the concept 'Building Blocks of Life' (see attachment) then it is marked 849-1-1-1-8 (Course-Subject-Topic-Chapter-Article Codes). If the concept has multiple concepts then it multiple codes will be marked. Normally a subject matter expert should not take more than 15 seconds to mark a question. So we expect 250 questions per hour. We have attached a sample question bank and structure document.
