1. different vm boxes for every did.

2. in a2billing admin enable voicemail(2 fields added vmenable/vmactive per every user/card)

3. script which create voicemail box based on that fields, dids and emails from cc_card.

4. rewrite of a2billing agi to go voicemail at and of diallign sequence(it exist, just not working and have slighlty security issues,so rewrite is not hard).

voicemail on * while plaiing voicemial will work without special changes(very likly).

5. add dialplan for ask did#&pin/check pin, go did's voicemail control.
