Assembly programming on ARM Cortex A9 (ZYNQ) -- 2

I need someone writing assembly programs for an ARM Cortex A9. The assembly program doesn't have a special purpose the only functionality of this program is that it use a certain set of ARM assembly instructions (ca. 150).

The assembly program will mainly consist of small functions with a quite low complexity. I'd like to give you more details in an online chat.
