This application is charity who need to organize activities for homeless people. The application must be able to handle various languages. (Page 1) Log on and create own work space/organization Work space: My files -tab for uploading documents, with possibility to share link of document with possibility to protect editing of it. The editing must be possible realtime and online. It is suggested to use either google docs or skydrive. With links form the application to the google/skydrive etc. This functionality is a MUST. Coders are requested to have a clear picture of this. Survay (detailed description in page 4) Possibility to run online poll (you can ask questions and the respose is sent to an excell file). The excell file must be editable online to the ones who has access. Simmlialr to what Survay monkey is using. Fourm: Link to facebook account. Groups: Possibility to put the members in a group and make groups. Such groups can be used to give access rights to files and functionality, as well as communication. Manage members Grant access, delete and edit members. Only visible to admin, moderators New member request: Possibility to go directly to this page via link or from Android Meeting planner (page 3) The meeting requestor suggests several dates and times. The recipients sets selects a value (suits perfect, ok, not perfect, cant make it). The meeting organizer receives the answers in a spreadsheet. From the results he can see which date is best suited. Android APP Logon and username. Or usercode (limited functionality to send bills and become member) Send message. The possibility to send SMS/mail to groups, individuals or numbers directly from the app, using the phone. Send bill: Possibility to take a picture, write a msg and total amount and optional account number. and send it to an excel file in the application. In the excel file there will be a link to the bill. The user fills Membership request: A new person downloads the application, searches for the usercode and request membership. View task. Possibility to view and edit an excel file. General: Simple site design, where group can write about them selfs, upload pictures, contact details/form, events etc. All code must be documented and commented. Willing to work with coder to find alternative ways, if suitable/required. Must be possible to load in Norwegian and other languages In order for your bid to be considred: a) You have to write a meaningfull feedback of how you inted to solve this assignment.(technologies, timeframe etc). Standard type of reply will not be considred. solutions which do not include online editing of excel will not be considred. b) First milestone will not be before you have implemented at least 50% of project, including fileshare and survay. This assignment is suitable for a senor developer or someone who is willing to spend time learning. We are willing to be referance for any future projects.
