Sew clothes for stuffed animal

The job is creating clothes for a stuffed animal (an 8-inch otter). One shirt and one bottom (shorts). See attached pictures of representative shirt and shorts as well as a picture of the stuffed otter. The clothing must be removable and have closures (for example, velcro or small buttons). The shirt has to have a collar. However, it is not necessary to have pockets. I will ship you the cloth material for the shirt and shorts, as well as the stuffed animal to use for sizing. You will need to provide whatever fastener you decide to use. U.S. based is needed to make shipping and time constraints.
