The popular one being joining gyms and some sort of field sports like Football, cricket etc. You can join some fitness club or groups also which take different activities like Zumba, Aerobics, and Yoga etc. This can prove fruitful and also fun at the same time.
A person can choose any of the above approaches but experts suggest that the best one is a combination of both.
