Literature review on Food Labelling Legislative Framework in Brazil and Ireland

Hi, I am a student of Food Business Management and Technology Masters, did my degree in Nutrition. I decided to do my Thesis in Food Labelling, more specifically: The Compliance of prepacked foods marketed in Ireland and Brazil with their current legislation. But, for the moment I just need a 15 -16 pages literature review on this topic.
