but, before we invite you to a skype interview please invest some time and answer the following questions for us, so we know a little bit more about you:

1 ) Who are you as a person? Get personal and tell me a bit yourself. How is your character? What makes you special? If we were sitting in a bus ride for 2 hours sitting next to each other, what a story from your life would you tell me?

2 ) What would you consider yourself an expert in? What's the number 1 skill you would mentioned about yourself? How did you get there? Do you have samples?

3 ) What other talents or skills do you have that would be useful for this position? Why? Can you give me specific examples on how you would bring in these skills into my company?

4 ) This job will require lots of phone calls, calling me while i am outside and getting the answer in like 20-30 seconds. How would you describe your communication style?

5 ) Let's be VERY honest! What's your biggest weakness? What type of tasks or activities do you usually fail? What's your biggest failure?

6 ) What's your computer / IT setup? Monitor size? Smartphone?

7 ) There is no training given from my side. I usually start on a 10 hour contract, and take it from there. How would you prepare yourself for this job?
