New business requires content for a website dedicated to helping property investors in the UK. Knowledge of the UK property market would be helpful, but not essential. I have a number of documents that need to be re-written and re-formatted to include my business logo and details, this should take no longer than 10-15 minutes per document. I then have some more documents that need to be compiled and put together. I.e. I can supply the information to you, you write it up into a format that is consistent with the business design / template. This should take no more than 30 minutes per document. I also have a requirement for documents that need to be researched online, and written up. For example, "A how to guide for searching for properties online using [login to view URL]" and "The UK Buy to Let House Buying Process explained". This will vary depending on the document, but I would expect this to be no more than 1-2 hours per document. I am happy to pay on a per hour basis provided you feel confident that you can meet these expected time frames. We can discuss as we go if they need reviewing. I am likely to employ a number of freelancers initially to find someone I am comfortable working with and who provides me with the results I want. I may ask for 1 or 2 documents only from each individual to assess your skill and quality of work. In the future, I will be looking for a blog / article writer for the webpage, therefore there is potential further work to be won. I expect a very high level of UK English competence. These articles are for a professional company engaging with High Net Worth Individuals who will have very exacting standards. I look forward to working with you.

While I may not have knowledge of the UK property market, I am very confident in my writing abilities and should be able to rewrite/reformat those documents to your satisfaction. During my academic years I was always the one responsible for the final edit of a group paper/assignment, as I have never let a spelling / grammar mistake slip by me. These things just stick out in the foreground, and I absolutely hate it when professional companies make this mistake.
