205998 Website Design FrontPage

This project will likely require MS Frontpage. I need a website template made for FrontPage 2003. The designer will be using FP 2003. There is a website at [login to view URL] You need to look at it in Firefox. It looks fine. However, in Internet Explorer, it looks terrible. It looks fine in FF or IE, except when a change is made to the page using FrontPage, as soon as it is saved, it gets screwed up in IE. So I basically need a template made from the index page, with its six boxes and everything pretty much exactly the way it is. Then I need a "blank page" type template made, with the same look and style, so that the designer can create more pages. The two big issues here are: 1. The need to use FrontPage and 2. The fact that the site looks different in IE and Firefox.
