Need about a 15 second high-resolution high-quality Moving cartoon

PLEASE READ before applying guys thanks. So I had a friend who got a cartoon done and I absolutely love it I’m a streamer/gamer so this is really important for me to have done. I’ve already posted for this before I shortened it as far as timeline to around 15 seconds give or take I have a basic storyline there is no dialogue whatsoever no background music if anything I think sound effects would be cool but they are not a requirement. I am going to upload my friends cartoon Like pictures of his so you guys can see The quality that I’m looking for because I’m all about quality over quantity. Please read the brief before you apply. I’ve written out what I want done as far as like a script 100,000 times so please forgive me I’m gonna try and copy and paste here when I talk to you guys. I am trying out before I go to Fiverr. So I’m looking for some good deals Because this is something I definitely Interested in doing monthly and for the right price possibly biweekly. Again please read the brief there is no dialogue or anything like that just a short funny little cartoon. No the files you see in pink are going to be the one my friend had done like I said which is the quality that I want the rest of the pictures are going to be of my brand. Can’t wait to see you guys offers I hope they’re fair Considering the Covid virus but I also understand what kind of work this is and I think I am a very fair person so hopefully you guys are too.
