2D Animations and whiteboarding

We search a designer able to create 2D animations (Animaker, or better alternative) and white boarding. Animations are teasers or quick overviews about the functionalities of our ERP software. (destination : industry) The scheduled productions of animations is about 1 animation a week or two weeks. Each animation will have a size of 2 or 3 min. The style will be defined and has to be kept (same 10 sec opening and 10 sec. end. same density of animation all times) Animation will be in English. The designer will receive a story board and explanation via conference call in English. We will together agree for a budget of hours. For the commentary voice, a clear text-to-speech is preferred with subtitle (no artist voice). We will proceed will a short feed-back during works (each day, a draft will be presented for correction) We expect : a good quality, a clear style, a quick self learning of our business to understand what we explain in the story board, creativity and some added funny stuff. This is a long duration job that why we expect a very competitive hourly rate. (important) This hourly rate include : original sources, generated ready to use video and artistic property transfert.
