Videographer - Video Production - Website Tutorials + Website Explainer - DVD Series Creation

We are a company in the US that invests in internet start-up companies. We have recently completed a custom shopping portal website.

The final step needed is to create a 6 set DVD Video Series; approximately 120-150 minutes total. 6 Videos. 20-25 minutes each. The DVD Video Series will be used to explain how our website works.

The 6 set DVD Video Series will be a combination of:

1) live video shooting of testimonials (we will provide)

2) other live footage (we will provide) that is related to our product content and 3) explainer & tutorial content (you will create) using our website screenshots (screenshots ready, because our website is 100% complete) along with stock footage/images (you will provide).

General Overview of 6 DVD Video Series:

1) Script Writing (Our team will provide this to you)

2) Content Outline for Each DVD Video (Our team will provide this to you)

3) Story Board (your team will provide this)

4) DVD Videography. Video Creation. 6 Videos. 20-25 minutes each. (your team will provide this)

5) Video Testimonials (our team will provide this to you. we will also tell you where to insert this into the 6 videos in the content outline we will be providing as well)

6) Voice Over (our team will provide this to you.)

7) On Camera Spokesman / Explainer Person (our team will provide this to you. we will also tell you where to insert this into the 6 videos in the content outline we will be providing as well)

8) Video Editing Phase I (your team will provide this. you can present the 6 videos as a 1st draft. we will review the 1st draft of all 6 videos and then provide change/editing requests 1-3 times before final sign off)

9) Video Editing Phase II (your team will provide this. after we secure a national marketing agreement, our partners may require certain changes or minor additions per our signed agreement. we will tell you the changes needed and your team will make the final phase II edits for all 6 videos. the phase II will most likely be rather minor)

10) DVD Packaging Design (Our team will provide this to you)

So basically, out of all of the Video Creation related tasks above, your team is ONLY asked to provide:

3) Story Board

4) DVD Videography / Video Creation. 6 Videos, 20-25 minutes each.

8) Video Editing Phase I

9) Video Editing Phase II

DVD Video Series 6 Video Output Requirements:

-HD, High quality video formats, DVD ouputs, and other technical requirements will be determined and discussed as well.

We will also show you examples of what type of video quality we are looking for.

We will also want to review your past related work experience.

Teams and individuals that submit an actual proposal document will be given extra consideration. The proposal document may include your past work experience relevant to this project, your suggestions and ideas on how to make our project a success, and your suggestions on specific videography techniques and methods you will use. Remember, the content combination we desire and have listed above: Live testimonials, live spokesperson via green screen, stock video, stock images, website screenshots, tutorials, and explainer content. This is this mix we want to use for this project. So make your proposal document speak to that please.

We have posted a custom budget range of: $10-$10,000 - We will look 1st for the best quality proposal and 2nd to a reasonable budget and timeframe that falls within this budget range.
