An IT related company is looking for a long term freelancer to work with us on various projects. Project taker must have enough time to work immediately and response immediately and able to deliver project on time. There are existing 4-5 projects needing such candidate and project will be ongoing so we want to identify 2 companies or freelancer who can work for us in long run. We used to break the project into a few phases and pay up small amount at each phase to ensure quality and good response time. There will have a trial project as a testing: 1) to build a order status table with import function; 2) to add a ticket system for issue tracking; we are open to use the theme from themeforest and add on for amendment in order to lower the costs.
