AngularJs with Rest Service - POC -- 2

I need proof of concept in HTML5 using angularJS, slickgrid and restful service. Requirement- Design HTML page which will have grid or table with 5-6 columns and Column will be e.g- 1- Model (string), Quantity,availableQuantity,status,confirm Quantity, one dropdown and one checkbox etc 2- data can be copy in the columns. 3- based on user input in first column, it will call rest and return the available Qty and once user will update the quantiy , it will call json again and return the confirm quantity with status (if filled all qty, it will confirm, else pending or error). 4-it will add new row when user enter the Model. We can have quick chat here to discuss in details so that later you can update the details if i am missing here. This just POC, if it will look good. then we can discuss more about the project through separate bid.
