I'm looking for an Android developer.
The goal is create (from scratch) a new APP for Android using ONLY the tool Basic4Android (B4A).
No DB management and No back-end management.
Absolutly NO to Xamarin, Android Studio, Eclipse, Apache Cordova, Flutter, Jasonette, ...
Project requires User-interface design too.
I would like to underline that for this project no upfront and we need source-code (no compiled .apk) for testing because we have an internal server used to connect APP to data. No internet server: isn't possible to test the APP from outside our lan (schema in attachment).
