I need a code checker that will oversee another developer that will be using JS for the front end, and PHP/Laravel for website and Flutter for mobile apps iOS and Android. I will need the checker to not only analyze the quality of the code, but test for functionality and interaction with other functions. I will also need consulting with what is the best UI, servers and internet security would be a plus. PLEASE NOTE: I wont be able to pay anymore that $3.00 an hour for no more that 20 hours a week until the products are complete and I secure an investor. Once in the position and you do a great job I can offer a permanent position with premium pay, salary and company ownership once funding/revenues are achieved.
