IDEA: To creat an online Laundary System app , where the customers are able to:
• Register themselves online (normal register , facebook, google account )
• Order a schedule to collect their clothes
• Arrange a delivery date + time
The Details:
Client register himself online or via Mobile Application with following Informations:
- Name
- Password
- Mobile Number (Verification Required) [one mobile per user, which means no one is able to register this number after verification. To do this he have to contact the customer care center]
- Email Address (Verification Required) [one Email per user, which means no one is able to register this Email after verification. To do this he have to contact the customer care center]
- Address (Location Service) after the System locate the customer, he is able to modify the located address to make it more specific
- The customer have the option to have more than one location
address it should be ( city drop list, area drop list ) building name
2- He could pay cash upon pickup and the order can be closed from the branch
After Registration is completed,
the client receives a bonus of a certain Amount to be used, that means his account will be debited with money, which is useable within one month after registration is completed.
We have different Areas, each Area have a pickup service van. This van works 3 shifts (08:00-12:00 + 14:00-18:00 + 20:00-24:00) A – B – C. his visits are organized through the system. He have a route to visit, either to collect or to deliver. Its should be open for us so we can change our route and timeing from the main branch
When a client order the service, the system will enter into the driver schedule, and search to the nearest date and time available to proceed with the service (we can change this one based on our operation). Now the customer have the option to choose between the available times.
Once he made his choice, he have to enter what services he needs, Wash, Wash and Iron, Iron, Dry Clean, Dry Clean and Iron etc.
Now he will choose what he will send, Shirt, Trouser, Jacket etc.
After that he have to choose the delivery date and time according to the same concept.
After that he go to the pay options and once he completed this, he will receive 2 notifications, one over app with details of his order, the bill, and confirmation about the pickup and delivery time. The other over by email, with his order number, total payed and pick up time.
Now the system enter those information’s into the driver schedule and the Sales.
Once the driver arrives at the client location, and collected the items, the customer receives a confirmation that the items are collected.
The customer is able to track his order from that time, he can see that the items:
- Arrived at the laundry
- Under process
- Finished and ready to deliver
- Delivered
24 or 48 or we can add our time , Hours before delivery, the customer receives a deliver notification, with the date and time of delivery.
After the delivery, the customer is able to rate the service after confirming receiving order,
for that we will receive also a bonus.
The customer have an a call back.
We need from the system reports, daily, weekly, monthly, quarter and yearly.

Please See the details , As we had worked for the same kind of project before.
As per our understanding , the system workflow will be in following steps :-
1. The customer will come in our system and then place the order after calculating price for the service and secure login.
2. Instantly, The Order confirmation will come to Admin as well as to the driver who will be nearest to the customer.
3. The admin can change the driver for a specific reason. The respective notification will go to the previous driver.
4. The Driver route will be updated and he can see the new route in their app.
5. When driver will reach the customer then the customer will put his clothes into the driver's bag. And the driver will scan the barcode of bag and assign it to that customer. Wash, Dry Cleaner, and Delicate each service will have its own color and driver has to determine what goes where.
6. After Pick-up the driver will go for the new task. The driver can pick-up and drop-off at the same time.
7. When he will reach to the laundry premises , he will have to put the all pick-up bags to the store.
8. Now the supervisor will come and verify the each order by App scanner . Once the order is approved then he have to verify his credit card .
9. After verifying , He have to take print outs for each bag and put the printouts into the each bag.
10. After this , supervisor’s task is to place the each bag to the respective Work station.

I have read your requirements/statement of Work and would like to ask following things:
1. Administration can be done via a web interface or it needs to be done via Apps as well?
2. Do you need app both in iOS and Android?
3. Will you provide the graphics for the apps or they need to be included in the cost?
4. Who will do the deployment on app store and google store? Since there are some significant changes in apple deployment mechanism over last year, so this needs to be known explicitly.
5. Do you need a website in conjunction with your apps so that users can place/register etc via website as well or you just need apps?
