I need a programmer and designer expert in .apk design to make an improvement to a learning .apk we have had built for kids using Adobe Air. The game involves users moving hands on a clock to specified times. It works great as an .swf on a pc, but as an .apk for tablets, it is too hard to use fingers to drag the hands to correct times (e.g. 2:23). I am looking for a design to modify the code so that a thin red line extends from the minute hand to the exact time so making it easier for users. The attached photos will make it clear exactly what I am hoping for. Winning bidder will receive all files needed.
The [login to view URL] is the current effect and the [login to view URL] is the desired effect. As users drag the minute around the clock, the thin red line should point from the minute hand exactly to the corresponding notch on the clock.
