I have an app built in a third part platform. It's published and with reent policy changes, its saying that it needs to be republished under new guidelines(correct target age, audience, etc)
So I need created a new build(APK) with the proper settings through the third party, but google console says the file is too large to resubmit to the App Store(make sense?)
It says need to use Eclipse to reduce the file size, I am not to familar with Eclipse and need help reducing and republishing the APK.
