Help get our Amazon SP-API approved (for Restricted Access)

We have an in-house build software that manages our third-party selling channels (Amazon, eBay, etc) and following the recent migration from Amazon MWS to SP-API were are having to go to the process to get our credentials approved again. I have been trying to get my Amazon SP-API approved for Restricted Access, but I'm having difficulty getting it right.
We managed to get most of the points on that Developer questionnaire accepted by Amazon, but there were 2 responses that didn't get approved after a few attempts. We just don't understand what Amazon is requesting. Here are the 2 questions:
1. List all outside parties with whom your organization shares Amazon Information and describe how your organization shares this information.
First Response (not accepted): We share Amazon Information only with our delivery partners like Royal Mail and Parcel2Go to generate shipping labels.
Response (not accepted): We share PI Information only with our delivery partners (Royal Mail and Parcel2Go) for the pourpose of generate shipping labels. These companies are large organizations with strict security policies in place. The information consists of address and recipient name and is shared via CSV files. These files are generated from our application and directly imported using the partners secure applications.
2. How do you track remediation progress of findings identified from vulnerability scans and penetration tests?
First Response (not accepted): We use a spreadsheet including all information relevant to each finding identified: dates, port scan details, discovered vulnerabilities, mitigation recommendations and tracking progress during the remediation process.
Second Response (not accepted): We document (in a spreadsheet or logbook) any findings identified and steps taken to resolve any issues found.
So I'm looking for responses that will be accepted from someone who's done that before and got these points cleared. Of course, we will then adapt our system to what's being described in the response. We just want to understand what we need to do to get it approved.
