URGENT: Place billboard art work into video clip

We need to place some finished Artworks (Billboards and Posters) into some video footage.
The footage is about street scenes, where existing billboards are showed. The task is to replace the "real" billboards in the clip with some of our new ones.
Just overlay them. It should look not tooo "pasted".
Its about 5 clips/takes, 10-15 sec each.
The clips and the artwork is ready to work. So the task is about placing, a little bit of motion key and render them out as .mov files in the same resolution as they are.
