I am a sole trader based in Kinsealy, north Dublin, Ireland. I run a property maintenance and management business. I'm 4 years in business, currently trading at full capacity and in the process of incorporating the business, finalising expansion plans to then take on staff. I started using Sage cloud computing 6 months ago but unfortunately I don't have enough time therefore it makes sense to outsource this to a book keeper on an ongoing monthly / bi-monthly basis. This can be done in our office or by dropping in the account files to you. All invoices, receipts and bank statements are filed for easy reference. My requirements are as follows: 1. Input monthly accounts from Jan 2015 on an ongoing basis (location tbc as above) 2. Input backdated accounts from 1st Sept 2012 - 31 Dec 2014 (28 months) I would prefer to deal with someone Dublin based, so if this is something of interest to you, please contact Martin Reaney.

Relevant Experience and Qualifications: We have a team of qualified and experienced accountants and we are providing book keeping services to various clients in different countries. I am positive that we are the right company for this job. Approach to the Job: We will create separate companies (if not already created) in QuickBooks / Xero / MYOB / Sage and then manage each company separately. We will dedicate a qualified ACCA for this purpose and our head accountant (a CPA) will review the work to ensure quality. We will welcome an opportunity to discuss it at an interview. Most of my experience involved the creation, analysis and auditing of financial statements which has required me to work in excel, QuickBooks and various other accounting programs on a daily basis.
