MS Access Worktime Database

Short Job Description: A small MS Access Solution to record the Time Employes work on certain Jobs. The main Todo´s are a small database design (10 Tables?) and a data entry form. Longer Job description / Details: Employees use the attached Excel Sheet to report there work times to the office. They fill out 1 Sheet per Day, for all 5 Workers. I need an MS Acces Database to store the collected work reports. Later, we will like to create statistical Reports and Bills for our Customer out of this Database. Report requirements will change and are not yet defined, at the moment I only need a storage Solution for the Data. Additional Work for creating Reports and Forms may follow. Expected Results: MS Access Database with: - Clean, Correct, Relational Database Design - Form for Data entry, ideal would be a similar layout like Excel Sheet Required Skills: You will need some Know How in Database Design, Intermediate MS Access Know How and I expect a “clean” work, like a proper Naming convention of your choice. Please do not make an application if you have never made a MS Access Database yet. Although this should be a hassle free, intermediate Job, I expect a clean work of a pro. VB Programming skills may not be needed. I recommend to make a small list of the workflow, estimate the stepps and sum it. - A brief Answer to this Question: The Number of Employees and WorkItems in the excel Sheet may change. How would you suggest to handle this? Schedule: The Project is not in a hurry, but I would love to get this “of my desk”. I think this should be completed in max. 1 Month, for your and my convenience. I intend to select a Provider at the next Weekend. A word about me: I’m working as SAP Consultant in the IT area. I do have the skills to make this work myself, but I do not have the time.
