Design and delivery of a Digital Signage system written in MS WPF. Very similar to a previous post about Digital Signage. Main components will be Designer/Scheduler and Player. Requests are as follows:
Should be able to layout the screen into zones. Upto 3 or 4 will be fine
Should be able to play most media files such as swf, jpeg, mpeg, ppt, quicktime, etc.
Should be able to schedule start/end times for a number of remote "player" PC's.
Player should receive the data that is created such as playlists containing the media files and the order inwhich they play and unpack and play as outlined.
Should be able to keep track of when the files were actually played so as to have an audit system for validation of played files.
I have some real world examples that I would show the right person for this job and I am also open to receiving ideas on how this is laid out and works. Please only apply if you are serious about making this happen. This will definitely be a long term relationship as the software will need to be enhanced as time goes on.
