I need someone who understands the concept of not asking for money up front to complete a sheed load of clients jobs that I have comming up. The following will be the case if you can accept it PSD Design with Html to CSS Converstion $100 Max each job CSS Fixes Charged at the complexity of the job so if you fix 7 css tasks could be as much as 75$ I prefer to work with eu citizens as easier to pay but understand this that if any presure is put on me to pay for jobs in advance I will cut communication and seek someone else. Their is allot of work for the right guy or girl, but I would like to have a skype interview first.
