Custom Wordpress Theme Including Header Logo Needed

I require a custom wordpress theme to be created for an apartments affiliate site I am putting up. I would like it to be olive green and white in colour, to be clean cut and professional in design, while remaining simple and easy to navigate.
The domain name is [url removed, login to view] so I would also like the person who gets this project to create a custom logo for the site, which would incorporate the vineyard image with an image of a house. This custom logo is to appear in the top left half of the wordpress theme (in the header), and smaller on the footer of each page.
I also require the theme to incorporate easy page management by allowing pages to be as links on the right hand sidebar of the theme. I will provide examples of this when we work together.
I really am just looking for someone who can do slick professional designs for WP themes, is creative and good at creating custom logos given the basic ideas, and has a good amount of experience in doing this.
Bidders who can provide recent and solid examples of their work in their bidding pm, will be much more likely to get this project, and be able to start work quickly.
