Configure WPMU Dev Membership Plugin & Wordpress Member Pages/Files -- 2

We have begun developing a members only website using the WPMU Dev Membership plugin. We have many pages uploaded and the majority of the member management plugin working, but now ran into an issue of getting zip files to function properly. The zip files won't execute/extract when downloaded. Other file formats download acceptably. It looks like most file types protection is functioning properly, but not all (specifically zip files). We disabled the theme we were using and enabled the 'twenty twelve' theme. The masked zip file then downloaded and extracted properly. Need someone to troubleshoot the compatibility of the Inovado theme with the WPMU Dev Plugin and get the membership site up and running ASAP.
