I'm looking for independent and experienced (1.5 yrs+) Wordpress developer (Experience with buddypress, I'll see your sample work) who can develop my website and can manage it every month. Every month I'll pay him around 3000 INR.
If you start then website should have been ready in first week only. We are in starting phase of this new business so I'm looking for guy who is visionary & proactive and can give website a good shape.
If you show good work in first month then I'll also start getting you more website work.
