I haven't worked with your theme before so difficult to say. in Theme options menu don't you have different header options? Please check and respond, if yes then task is easy and if you still will need to hire freelancer I can do it for 10 Euros. If no then it needs deeper digging in theme.

I see there is a blue area to the absolute top, is it there on the right hand side or somewhere else? I can am available immediately to do the work.
