I have a Pdf that I would like to download when clicking on the main image on the home page that has the words "click here to view forecast book" on [url removed, login to view]

The main image in displayed via Option Tree plug in and I can't figure out how to attach the pdf so it will download.

In addition I want an explanation on how this was done.

I NEED THIS DONE ASAP!!!!!

I will add all the log in credentials to the selected winner
