Hi, I'm currently working in the Cyber Security field and I have experience in Identifying, Removing and Mitigating ransomware. But unfortunately, there’s no decrypter designed to decrypt the Locky variant, THOR ransomware. But I can have a look at your computer and look for a way to recover all the decrypted files. Thanks
