Betting application

This application will need to access 7 bookmakers in realtime (using xml feeds) and Betfair (using their free API) to fetch live odds from horse races in the UK and Ireland. It will not have to refresh the data very often,say about every 30seconds. A menu tree is created from certain criteria placed in a Settings menu and all the horse races that fall into that criteria appear in the tree with their course and time of the meeting. The criterion is just the number of runners in the race. When a race is double-clicked in the tree, all the bookmakers odds appear in the main window from each named bookmaker and Betfair. If some other criteria are then met (slightly more complex than number of runners but quite straightforward), a command button can be clicked and the relevant bets placed with one or more bookmakers. Another settings menu will have all the login information for each bookmaker. Feedback from the bookmaker as to the success or failure etc of the bet will be required. Separate tabs should be available to add two or more races. There are a few other features to be added once the project is underway but this should be good enough to be going with and I have factored them in to the budget estimate. For someone with the relevant knowledge there wouldn't be a problem. Please do not bother if you have not already completed a project that involved accessing bookmakers and Betfair. I will NOT consider anyone who cannot demonstrate they have completed a gambling project requiring access to bookmakers and Betfair. No matter how good a coder you are. Sorry but I've had my time wasted before. I have a very simple version I what I need to be done already in Excel which I did myself which I can send once bidding is complete and the project is underway. I wont send it before.
