Autodialer Broad Caster with Magic Jack

I need a custom autodialer that can run with a VOIP Magic Jack

Program needs to be able to load phone numbers via txt or Csv and auto play prerecorded voice broadcast which is typically a simple 30 second to 1 minute informational recording via Mp3/Wave format on pickups and voice [url removed, login to view] vol control for prerecorded messages ,Call status,#options for do not call again,and to repeat this message, able to print out call results and set up schedule times for start and stop calls. send pms
