c# win app integration widget

I need a desktop app that integrates with harvest api. by default harvest has a desktop client but it requires vista sidebar and is missing 2 big features for us. 1-the app should look just like the harvest sidebar widget, i prefer no differences when you are thinking about scope 2-I want the app to prompt with a dialog every 30 minutes for the person to enter a note about what they are doing. Currently the app only asks for a note when you pause and start your time, this leaves us with most of the time just being 1 comment at the begining of the day and not much detail after that. So it should raise a dialog every 30 minutes 3-it should grab the form names of what the active window on the desktop is. c# should be able to access this from the os without any issue. It will append this data in the comment, the user wont have the ability to change it in the note that is sent every 30 min 4-We should have the ability to take a screenshot of the system. this is so we can audit the persons time, im not sure if the api allows us to store this image on the server or if we need to put it somwhere else, you can help me with this but we will either send it ot harvest or i will give you a webservice you can send it to and we will store it with some data on another system. you wont have to build this other systme you will just send the data to a webservice my team makes. Harvest has a demo you will need to be familiar with before you bid.
