Design Webpage Based Off Draft

Dear Designers,

I'm looking for a design based off my draft at:

I don't want anything outside the white rectangle to be redesigned at this time. The top search bar should be redesigned slightly as it's based off [url removed, login to view] (you can see how it works there).

The winner will be given the chance to design other 5 pages in this project, the pop up controls, and dropdown designs.
