Customize Joomcla-monster Template Home Page -- 2

I'm looking to get the homepage customized to show a searchable map like this: ( [login to view URL] ) underneath the searchable header/menu bar and 4-6 columns like this ( [login to view URL] ) below the map showing locations. I want the look and feel of this template: ( [login to view URL] ) But this template can also be used as the primary template ( [login to view URL] ) but color and feel must be changed to the template above ( [login to view URL] ). Do this if you cannot copy the searchable menu bar found here: ( [login to view URL] ) I own all Joomla-templates so can provide any and all to support this task. I will also ask to clean up the code once done and get rid of template features not used, to include loading the site on my server. I need this completed & tested within 2 days. Thanks
