Create Wordpress Theme Based on Website

I am creating a site using wordpress and the client would like to base the design on this site: [login to view URL] I need a wordpress theme, compatible with version 2.71, that will mimic the look and feel of that site. The navigation and header are the main things that I will need. The theme should be widget ready and should include multiple levels of navigation that function like the site. I will want to see the finished theme functioning on a site, so you will need an install of wordpress to take on this project.
