Convert webpage with table to tableless

I have a website done with a 2 column table. I need the index page to be converted to a tableless template like yui-t6 950px width, 300px right column, keeping the same look and feel. I will provide the index file and css files. The images are uploaded on Amazon S3.
No design is required. The css has to be adapted to the new template to work well in all browsers.
I would like also the website to have a drop shadow on left and right.
