I'm looking to hire a freelancer to become a part-time team member to help improve my website. It currently needs lots of improvement with usability, design, search engine optimization and more. I'm still in the process of making a list of what needs to be improved but if I can hire someone who can help me with this it would be great.
The person I want to hire must be able to understand everything that gets explained, I don't want to have to repeat myself everyday. The person needs to be a very good thinker not just for themselves but for my business. The person I hire I aim to make a full time job in the coming months!.
