Comparison Site

We are looking for a competent company or talented web designer to build an attractive and effective price comparison website. Customers should be able to compare products based on category, brand and store. Also needs to have a search function. Similar sites are: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Please note that we do not want a copy or clone of any of these sites, it only needs to be similar in function. A very important aspect is that customers will need to register to use certain features on the site. Upon registration or login they will be taken to the site customised to their country. Your design should allow for this feature. This site is being designed with Africa in mind. Site must be compatible with all well known web browsers and must load as quickly as possible bearing in mind that internet connections in Africa can be very slow. A full user guide will be required, explaining how the site, database and script work. This must also show how to customise the website, etc. We need to have copyright ownership of the completed project, history of recent searches made by customers in the site along with a forums page. Admin control required with these minimum features. We should receive emails and read all "contact us page" info received within the admin area and able to reply. Relatively easy for the admin to customise - add, delete, move, content/pages content manages the price comparison website for me. The site should be developed in such a way that other features may be added by others if required. Etc, etc, etc – Tell us what other features you can add. You will need to provide examples of similar work that you have done. Please note that we will not pay in advance of completed work and are not prepared to negotiate on this aspect.
