Company's offer

I need very simple portal (home page, 3 info pages, about us and contact form) that would describe offer of my company. The main requirements: 1) The dynamic content shall be in JQuery 2) It needs to be layouted and graphically designed to look nice; 3) i do not accept Joomla, Drupal etc 4) wireframes are attached 5) database diagram is attached Specification: I'm attaching wireframes for home page and 3 info pages. Each of the element has it's ID. The elements are only telling You what is the type of element and where to put it more or less. The position, colors, sizes , everything can be designed by You. I want all the content elements to be put inside nice-looking frames. All the details , texts, images will be placed in database (preferably Mysql but it is up to You). I'm not attaching about us and contact form -> it should be very simple ; i'm sure You will propose something. ID Description ------------------------------- 1. Main menu -> i just want it to be JQuery menu with onmouseover highlighting and possibility to add subelements 2. simple frames with static contents inside 3. a jquery carousel :[login to view URL] 4. image links 5. a simple diagram; i just want to define the elements on it in database 6. footer with standard info about comapny bla bla 7. jquery dock menu ; Elements and their icons will be taken from database. 8. 2 simple rounded rectangles with static content some arrows and icon 9. A nice looking jquery grid with even rows in different color , some transaparency. Content from DB 10. 2. simple frames with static contents inside 11. Jquery Accordion control. Elements are taken from DB 12. an image 13. a data-tree ; some jquery control with data from DB (3 levels of detail) I'm delivering fully functional and filled DB except icons.
