This project involves taking 25 folders containing ~ 1100 files and merging each folder’s set of files into 1 file per folder. Each folder has an ebook with html pages structured that has portions of the book segmented (like each chapter or section of the book representing an individual html files). The task I am looking to have done is merging the files PLUS cleaning up all the references so that the end product is 1 single file with all the links on the index page (or other pages) referencing the locations in that end combined single file. Please see attached description for full details and explanation.
