Coding 2 inner pages and making homepage content dynamic

I'm looking for a coder to make my Joomla website's homepage content dynamic. I also need a contact form and members page coded based upon a design made with Adobe Fireworks (saved as .psds). The work will entail changing PSD to HTML5/CSS3 then coding it for the CMS (Joomla) and integrated using the existing template after that. The majority of the work is done on the template - which uses a T3 template - and changes are needed to be made to this existing template only.
I only want to work with those who have experience of using Joomla to do the above.
