Build a prototype of an web app (requires EXPERT Javascript skills)

This project is about building a prototype of at website app that can design an entire mobile application, including screen flow, network stack, issue tracking, UI flow, etc. The project shall in it first phase start as prototype and later on move into an cloud solution. The web app has of the following elements: - Layer: A horizontal box that has one or more components inside it - Component: A image or text box that is located inside Layer with a reference to other components - Reference: A line line indicating a reference between to components - Panels: A vertical Information box that has additional information about the selected layer or component. The web app is a design tool for building and designing a complete mobile app. Typical a mobile app has multiply layers and inside each layer The first layer could normally be the one or more screen of the application. The screen can either be images made by a designer or text boxes describing the screen. Each screen is called a component, in order to indicate where the user is navigating to the user clicks screen, there is references that illustration how the screens (UI Flow) are connected. The second layer cloud normally be the business logic inside the mobile app. The could as an example be login class, allow push notification logic, calculate some data. Each business logic is also considered as a component, and there can be connection between the business logic, which is considered as references. Since the business logic has a connection to the UI, references between to layers is possible. E.g. if the when a user click on screen A, some business logic calculate some data and displays Screen B. In this case a reference if between two layers. The third layer should be the network access. The network access can also have multiply components and references between other layers. The application might have more layers and components when a user can choose to add. The web app must be developed under the following requirements: - Pure HTML and JavaScript - Using a few but well supported Javascript API. E.g. JQuery etc. - Coding standard must be based on modules, that are easy to understand / read - No usage of Java Applet, PHP, Wordpress, CMS System Development steps 1. Build the HTML layout that are support different browser sizes. 2. Add options menu and Create new layer 3. Add right panels 4. Add option to add Components side a layer 5. Add option for rotating all components as a carousel in horizontal direction 6. Add option for rotating all components 3D effect in vertical direction 7. Add connector between components
